Method

One method, from diagnosis to adjustment

U Move treats training as a process: listen, prescribe, execute and review — always with data and a case-by-case reading.

Method

Four stages, one path

From the first conversation to continuous adjustment, the path is the same for running and triathlon.

  1. Anamnesis

Anamnesis, a reading of your routine and an analysis of your context. We start where you are, in the format your week allows.

  2. Prescription

A plan with clear goals, built together with you. The athlete is the centre of the process, not the spreadsheet.

  3. Execution

Continuous guidance throughout the cycle. You understand what you are doing, gain autonomy and results come faster.

  4. Review every cycle

Whoever finishes a cycle is no longer the same person who started it. At every close we review and analyse the individual response, adjusting what comes next. The result is your performance.

Principles

Principles we don't negotiate

What holds up every plan, in any discipline and at any level.

  • Context before spreadsheet

No training is prescribed without understanding routine, history and starting point.

  • Load with progression

Volume and intensity rise in controlled steps, with room to recover.

  • Data over guesswork

Pace, power, heart rate and perceived effort guide every adjustment.

  • Longevity first

The goal is keeping you training for years, not peaking for one season.

Who builds your plan

Education and professional registration of every coach behind the prescription.

Next step

The first conversation is about you. It is not a sales pitch.

You leave it knowing where to start, even if you decide not to train with us.
